Twas the day after Christmas, and all by way of the home
Nothing would match me, not even a shirt.
The cookies I might eaten, the eggnog I might style
The vacation events had gone to my waist.
When I acquired on the dimensions there arose such a quantity!
The scale should be damaged, I stated with a thunder.
I might bear in mind the fantastic meals I might ready;
The gravies and sauces and beef properly uncommon,
The wine and the pastries, the bread and the cheese
And the way in which I might by no means stated, “No thank you, please.”
Nothing would match me, I felt so depressed.
I knew it was time to begin a brand new quest.
I picked up the telephone, to name a dietitian,
Knowing this path was simply the precise mission.
I received’t really feel responsible, I’ll attempt moderation,
Fad diets have failed and even hunger.
I’ll comply with the plan, arrange solely for me,
More Fruits and Veggies are a part of the important thing.
I’ll eat extra fiber and train I’ll begin,
And restrict the fats that’s dangerous for my coronary heart.
Yes, I’ll name a dietitian to supply inspiration and
Learn new methods to keep away from temptation.
Remember to eat proper and train too.
